We offer support on most internet and networking issues.
Each consultation is 30 minutes in length with 3 subscription plans to choose from.
Our technicians are trained to resolve most networking issues. If it is determined that the technician cannot solve the customers issue within the first few minutes the call may be escalated to a senior technician. In certain circumstances callbacks are made to ensure customer satisfaction.
Note: A valid credit card is required for remote support and/or phone support.
